Strength is the foundation of any performance or aesthetic goal. And there is no method for strength training that will get you faster, more efficient results than the Starting Strength method.
Strength, or the ability to produce force against an external resistance, is what determines how well we control our bodies and interact with our environment – from the groceries, to the playing field, to the great outdoors.
There are many ways one could try to go about getting stronger, but there are not many methods that use exercises that work the entire body as a coordinated system – the way it works in real life.
These exercises include the squat, overhead press, deadlift, and bench press.
We start where you are, and then gradually increase the loads to make the whole body stronger in a logical, understandable, time-tested manner. All you need is a rack, a barbell, some plates, and 3 days a week. No fancy equipment, no unrealistic expectations, and no gimmicks.
Simple. Hard. Effective.
What you won’t find here are the latest fads and trends in fitness. What you won’t find is a trainer who just counts your reps and lets you figure out the rest. What you won’t find is a random assortment of exercises that will seem to work for a little bit, but eventually stop getting you results.
That’s because we don’t exercise. We train.
We develop a plan for you. We help you determine and accomplish goals. We guide you every step of the process, eliminating guesswork, and constantly refining your technique. All you have to do is show up.
The Starting Strength method can be adapted to any age and any fitness level. As a certified Starting Strength Coach, I aim to make barbell training more approachable for those who have yet to begin their strength training journey, or have not seen the results they want using other methods. I can also help the long-time gym-goer apply structure to their training and break through plateaus.
I will systematize to your training so you can see tangible results and meet your goals as fast as possible! Click here to send me a message.
